Job Title: Recruitment & HR Coordinator
Reports To: Head of People Operations
Role Summary
We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruitment & HR Coordinator. In this entry-level role, you'll support recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives while developing your skills in HR and talent acquisition. You'll play a key role in candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement while representing our company culture across social media and at events. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to grow into an HR or recruitment specialist role.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support:
- Post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Source and screen entry-level candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate candidate communication, schedule interviews, and support onboarding.
- Attend career fairs and networking events to represent the company brand.
Employer Branding:
- Create and post engaging content on LinkedIn to promote company culture and job opportunities.
- Act as a culture ambassador, developing innovative ways to showcase our workplace values.
Administrative Tasks:
- Draft HR letters, including offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and report on hiring metrics.
- Organize and schedule training and onboarding activities.
Professional Growth:
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and training to develop recruitment skills.
- Take on additional responsibilities as trust and confidence grow.
- Opportunity to evolve into roles such as Recruitment Specialist or HR Generalist within 1-2 years.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities
- Base Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually.
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Earn up to $75,000 total compensation in your first year.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Naturally enthusiastic, with a bubbly and positive personality.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and talent branding.
- Social media savvy, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
