We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Social Marketing Manager to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role combines strategic brand management with hands-on expertise in social media, allowing you to play a critical part in redefining the coffee experience for modern consumers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and lead the Social Media Manager and Facebook Community Manager to amplify our brand's presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to uphold and enhance our distinctive brand identity, voice, and tone across all communication channels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational growth objectives.
- Ensure uniform messaging across social media platforms, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Design platform-specific strategies to elevate growth, engagement, and conversion rates across various social media sites including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Guide the Social Media Manager in crafting and scheduling content that aligns with ongoing campaigns and our branding strategy.
- Stay abreast of social media trends and introduce innovative approaches to maximize audience reach and interaction.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to nurture a robust, loyal online community that reflects our brand values.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.
- Work with the Creative Director to create compelling marketing assets for various campaigns.
- Analyze key performance metrics to assess engagement, reach, conversions, and brand sentiment, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Provide performance updates and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Partner with the Community Manager to develop strategies that enhance our brand's online community, fostering genuine interactions through campaigns, events, and content.
