Job Description
Your role at Tumi:
The Project Manager is a newly created role, which resides within the Global Creative Services in-house team at TUMI. This individual will be highly organized, strong communication skills and demonstrate strength in project management skill sets. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project workflows, creative schedules and serving as the primary conduit for all project flow amongst in-house creative department, external creative agencies/vendors, internal cross functional partners, inclusive of Global Marketing, CRM, VM, product management, sales, procurement, etc. This individual will work on a wide range of projects, inclusive of global campaigns, product photography, video, DTC, packaging, tool kits, brand guidelines, etc.
- Manage global creative project requests and workflows leveraging WorkFront.
- Ensure creative briefs are fully completed, ensuring timely delivery of creative projects and enforcing deadlines.
- Assign designers, copywriter and resources, both internal and external to ensure project completion.
- Field all creative project requests from international Marketing conduits.
- Traffic daily workflows and provide project status updates to internal and external partners.
- Ensure project timelines are adhered to across wide variety of content deliverables, inclusive of campaign content, marketing, PDP photography, packaging, VM in-store collateral, CRM emails, etc.
- Maintain weekly project reports and lead weekly status meetings.
- Serve as key liaison with agency partners on photo shoot logistics, including production timelines, sample coordination and day to day execution.
- Manage French Canadian translation oversight in partnership with external translation vendor, for all creative needs.
- Organize and maintain image assets and assist with special projects as needed.
- Partner closely with Head of Creative Services to keep projects and various productions on budget and on time.
- Responsible for distribution of global tool kits.
We're Excited If You Have
- Bachelor’s degree with prior experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience in creative industry, project management, studio, production related. Retail experience is a plus.
- Stellar communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high execution environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot proactively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities.
