About Us
Working for a prominent player in the Asia Pacific region, specializing in the provision of various automotive-related products and services, you will be responsible for accelerating growth and market share of the Private Label brands. This is a 12 month maternity leave fixed term contract.
Our client is an ASX-listed organization with a significant market presence and have a diverse range of businesses encompassing trade, wholesale, and retail segments, serving a wide customer base.
You will be a valued member of an emerging team within their organization, contributing to strategic brand decisions and executing various brand-building and tactical initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness and engagement among their staff, customers, and end-users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the General Manager, Marketing in crafting Private Label Brand strategies, including category, channel, and product plans.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy in alignment with our organization's Vision, Purpose, and Values.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create branded content, messaging, and activities that align with our brand's objectives.
- Creating Annual Brand Plans and Go-to-Market strategies for brand/product launches, including the necessary marketing support for successful outcomes.
- Taking the lead in marketing efforts for product or brand updates, which includes packaging development, rollout management, and activation plans to drive growth across various channels.
- Establishing Private Label brand guidelines, packaging templates, positioning, brand pillars, and value propositions for key private label brands.
- Supporting the demand activation team with the necessary branded content and tools for successful execution.
- Monitoring and analyzing the brand's performance to provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
About you:
- 10+ years solid Brand Marketing and/or Product Marketing experience and exposure to the full marketing mix, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Hardware or Automotive
- Build relationships easily, with excellend communication, collaboration and leadership skills
- Exceptional project management and budget management skills
- Knowledge of branding best practices, market trends and customer behaviour
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong financial skills, including the ability to management campaign budgets and measure/report on ROI
