Talent Partner, where you’ll play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent! In this exciting role, you’ll partner with leaders and employees to build a thriving workplace culture while driving key initiatives in employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as employee experience and engagement. What You'll Do:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and professional organizations to create a robust talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Coordinate and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring proper orientation and integration into the company culture
- Partner with Sr. HR Generalist on offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Maintain documentation and records for all onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HRIS and other HR tools
New Partner Integrations:
- Conduct Talent due diligence and provide HR support during mergers or acquisitions
- Develop and implement integration strategies for combining teams, cultures, and processes seamlessly
- Collaborate with leadership to address talent retention, workforce planning, and organizational design post-merger
- Ensure clear communication and support for employees during transitions to foster engagement and minimize disruption
Talent Management:
- Assist Sr. VP of HR with designing and executing employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and leadership pathways. Help facilitate performance management processes to promote feedback, growth, and accountability
- Identify/address skill gaps, create targeted development plans to support career evolution
- Collaborate with managers to implement retention strategies, ensuring high employee engagement
Talent Strategy:
- Analyze workforce trends to inform long-term talent planning and decision-making
- Develop and implement strategies for succession planning and organizational growth
- Collaborate with leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance employee experiences and foster a culture of excellence
Compensation:
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures
- Develop and maintain compensation frameworks aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and industry standards
Culture & Engagement:
- Promote/enhance a positive workplace culture that aligns with MAX’s mission and values
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and retention
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Lead DEI initiatives to promote an inclusive and equitable workplace culture
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and productivity
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, management, & strategyrequired
- Prior experience in healthcare and multi-site organizations is essential
- Strong interpersonalcommunication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
- Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
