SkyWater Search is partnering with a dynamic, growth-oriented private company looking to elevate its HR function by hiring a strategic and hands-on HR leader. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of People & Culture to shape the organization’s vibrant, values-driven workplace. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and employee success. This position will report directly to the President and serve as a key member of the leadership team. The Head of People & Culture will be instrumental in driving cultural alignment, employee engagement, and talent development strategies that support the organization's long-term goals. This role is a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
This is an in-person role, so candidates must be local to the Twin Cities and willing to work primarily in the office.
You're Responsibilities in this Role:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, organizational development, and leadership coaching.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Innovate and lead recruitment strategies, leadership development programs, and succession planning frameworks.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion core values, foster inclusivity, and enhance employee engagement across all teams.
- Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Align organizational structures and workforce capabilities with business demands.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR functions, including benefits, compensation, HRIS, payroll, and employee relations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Over 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in professional services or technology sectors.
- Proven success in developing and implementing people strategies that align with business goals.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, and culture-building.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels.
- Familiarity with the Traction/Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
