🗝️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Culture Captain:
Help design and own the onboarding process that makes new team members feel at home right away.
Creates and maintains onboarding materials, including handbooks, presentations, and training guides.
Lead engaging in-person and online orientations that get new hires excited about their journey.
Facilitate ongoing follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days to keep the momentum going and gather feedback.
Helps to design, create content, and distribute the Company newsletter and other communication activities - including social media contributions as requested/needed.
Cruise Director:
Weekly behind-the-scenes airport tours? You bet! Show off our spaces, share the company culture, and make every tour an event to remember.
Leads and/or directs the facilitation of new hire orientation sessions throughout the company, to create a welcoming and informative introduction to the company and corresponding information.
Run workshops on hospitality and coaching to spread the knowledge and the love!
Design, implement, and constantly update a comprehensive onboarding program that aligns with company culture and values.
Engagement Guru:
Conducts and analyzes surveys for the Talent Acquisition experience, the actual Onboarding experience, and the transition to new departments/accounts.
Creates and maintains systems to evaluate impact of onboarding, including surveys and assessments.
Craft monthly newsletters that highlight our rockstar employees, key milestones, and all the happenings across the company.
Creates, and implements planning and facilitation of employee events.
Champion recognition programs (free stuff!) and help celebrate team achievements!
Facilitates program of follow-through activities for feedback, reflection, and habit formation.

Requirements
You love people, presentations, and bringing positive energy wherever you go.
Experience in onboarding, training, or anything that makes you a pro at getting people pumped up and ready to go.
Communication wizard - you're approachable, engaging, and always ready to lend an ear (or a helping hand).
Ready to be on-site, hitting the ground running, and occasionally leading airport tours.
