About the Role - In this role, you have the opportunity to be part of the team building the definitive financial services platform for the merchant community in India. lead the training and development function for the outbound lending sales process. You will ensure that the sales agents in the call center are equipped with knowledge, tools, and skills to maximize their performance, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experience. Your role will directly impact business growth by building a high-performing and motivated workforce. As the Bharatpe network grows, we will scale and need better planning for revenue growth, and you will get an opportunity to experiment and expand the scope of proven projects as we focus on blitz scaling our revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- leading the charge on growing profitably BharatPe’s largest revenue driver.
- Partner with external agencies for specialized training needs
Functional Expertise-
Developing Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive L&D programs, focusing on outbound lending sales, objection handling, compliance, and customer experience.
Content Development: Create training modules, SOPs, job aids, and scripts to align with business objectives and sales strategies.
Agent Onboarding: Lead onboarding programs for new recruits guiding agencies, ensuring they are prepared to handle calls effectively from day one.
Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to identify skill gaps and plan training interventions to address them.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality team to assess training impact and improve the effectiveness of training sessions.
Interaction-
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and quality assurance teams to understand training needs and develop solutions.
Coaching: Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring for sales agents to enhance their performance.
Vendor Coordination: Partner with external agencies for specialized training needs, if required.
Problem Solving-
Training Effectiveness: Continuously improve training programs to address challenges and increase call center productivity.

Qualifications - Graduate or Post-Graduate Graduate – 5-7 years of experience of outbound sales manager Preferred: Outbound sales
