Job Title: Manager of Internal Communications and Employer Branding

The Manager of Internal Communications and Employer Branding will play a critical role in shaping and promoting our internal and external company narrative. This individual will be responsible for defining and enhancing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and driving our employer branding strategy across all platforms, ensuring alignment with our company values and vision. This role will also lead the delivery of internal communications to support employee engagement, ensure transparency, and foster a strong, cohesive company culture.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand communication, employer branding, internal communications, and digital media strategy. They will work closely with HR, marketing, and the talent acquisition teams to position the company as an employer of choice while supporting ongoing talent acquisition efforts through an engaging social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that ensures all employees are aligned with the company's vision, values, and business objectives.
- Work closely with the C-suite and senior leadership to craft consistent messaging that fosters transparency and trust across all levels of the organization.
- Create regular updates, newsletters, and presentations to keep employees informed and engaged with company milestones, performance, and strategic initiatives.
Employee Value Proposition (EVP):
- Define and enhance our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it reflects the company’s unique culture, values, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR, talent acquisition, and marketing to develop compelling messaging that differentiates the company in the marketplace and resonates with current and prospective employees.
- Ensure that the EVP is consistently reflected in all internal and external communication channels.
Employer Branding:
- Lead the employer branding strategy across social media, career websites, and internal communication platforms, ensuring a cohesive narrative that positions the company as an attractive place to work.
- Work with the talent acquisition team to develop innovative campaigns that highlight company culture, career opportunities, and employee success stories.
- Manage the company’s presence on relevant employer branding platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor) to build a strong employer brand that supports recruitment and employee retention.
Social Media and Digital Strategy:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aimed at raising awareness of the company as an employer of choice.
- Create engaging, authentic content that showcases the company culture, employee achievements, and community involvement.
- Leverage analytics to track the success of campaigns, refine messaging, and drive engagement with key talent pools.
Employee Engagement and Experience:
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver initiatives that improve employee engagement and foster a strong, connected workplace culture.
- Lead internal surveys and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas of improvement.
- Plan and execute internal events, including All Hands (Town Halls), employee recognition programs, and team-building activities that align with company culture and values.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and HR to ensure that internal communications, employer branding, and social media strategies align with overall company goals.
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure that all communications are compliant with relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or related fields, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth company.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting messaging for different audiences and platforms.

Social Media Savvy: Demonstrated success in building and executing social media strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness.
