Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator will serve as a culture ambassador welcoming employees into the company through a comprehensive onboarding experience. This role will guide the new hire and hiring leader through a compliant electronic onboarding process and ensure the employee receives an exceptional orientation experience. Additionally, the TA Coordinator will serve as an initial resource for any post-hire inquiries into HR, benefits, policies, and procedures. The TA Coordinator will also assist the recruiting function with general support and responsibilities for both RHP and OEG.
- Facilitate pre-employment and onboarding processes for all RHP and OEG new hires to include drafting offer letters, extending offers via phone, initiating and managing pre-employment screens, new hire paperwork sessions, and coordinating orientation/benefits scheduling.
- Coordinate pre-employment drug testing and background checks, including candidate experiences and authorizations, vendor processing, and relationship management.
- Coordinate with various departments (i.e., security, IT, etc.) and third-party vendors (i.e.,
- background check, drug screen, etc.) to ensure all pre-employment onboarding tasks are completed before the start date.
- Monitor candidates' transition from a pre-hire status within the recruiting system into the ADP Workforce Now onboarding portal (WFN); assign onboarding experience. Communicate new hire progress with hiring manager and TA team, sharing any updates that could impact the individual's start date.
- Ensure all new hire activities are completed timely and new hires are active in systems prior to the start date. Arrange for equipment, including access badge, keys, nameplate, etc., and provide introductory resources for new hires.
- Monitor and ensure hiring leaders and new hires are compliant with government I-9 and E-Verify regulations. Provide support and training when needed.
- Post jobs to internal and external recruitment job boards and social media. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within WFN.
- Schedule interviews and host candidates' on-site interview experience.
- Assist TA Business Partners and Recruiters in sourcing candidates for hourly positions.
- Manage the administration of the employee referral program and the department's communication portals such as email inbox.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with the coordination of departmental projects and activities. Represent the company by attending job fairs, career events, and community engagements, including hiring and job fairs.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
Experience
- 3+ years of professional/full-time human resources or recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Working experience with an ATS preferred
- Experience with marketing, social media, and/or employment branding strongly preferred
