Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist by identifying, attracting and hiring top talent for our Optician, Store Management and Retail assistant positions across 9 different countries in Europe.
It’s an exciting time for Ace & Tate, as we continue to build our brand and reach new customers. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business.
You will have the opportunity to mentor a team of 3 (Junior) Retail Talent Acquisition Specialists and you will elevate our recruitment processes to the next level, particularly in managing complex hiring challenges such as filling critical Optician roles that directly impact our company’s bottom line. Your expertise and strategic insights will ensure alignment on talent needs, and your efforts will have a direct and measurable impact on the success of our organisation, positioning you with a true “seat at the table” in shaping our future.
You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Charlotte Gorsira.

- Partnering closely with the Retail Director, Regional Managers, Store Managers and HR to understand our talent requirements, ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and the best candidate experience
- Designing and implementing recruitment and employer branding strategies to attract qualified candidates for store management, optician, and optometrist positions
- Pro-actively sourcing talent across different networks and platforms, building and maintaining talent pools for various roles
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organisations to expand the candidate pool and enhance employer branding
- Utilising our ATS and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate data and generate reports on recruitment metrics

- Are available full time (40 hours) or part time (32/36 hours)
- Have 4-6 years proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in retail or a niche recruitment area
- Have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices for attracting and selecting talent
- Leave no stone unturned when it comes to sourcing the best talent
- Have a data driven mindset to recruitment
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Are fluent in English (German or Dutch is a plus)
