What you’ll do:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you possess full-cycle talent acquisition experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, job offer and hiring great employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, so as to conceptualize clear hiring strategy, design job descriptions and interview questions.
- Source and attract potential candidates through various platforms or online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks, career fairs and recruitment events).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. The aim is to fill open positions efficiently and effectively with close partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring hiring requirements and SLA are met.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote SP Group as employer of choice.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, building a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct regular follow-up with internal stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting plan and implementation execution.
- Recommend best HR practices for sound talent acquisition programs/initiatives review.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, business or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of in-house talent sourcing and selection experience, preferably in the engineering sector
- Strong candidates and stakeholders experience management expertise
- Excellent communication (written, communication, negotiation) and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors – recruitment module
