Job Title: HR Manager / Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing channels and coordinating with agents, especially for hiring senior roles (Directors/Managers).
- Labor Administration: Ensure compliance with labor laws, amend employment regulations, handle employee inquiries about benefits, and resolve workplace issues like harassment and disputes.
- HR Business Partner: Provide HR guidance and support across the organization.
- Other HR Areas: Assist with talent management, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and compensation planning.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Fluent in Japanese with conversational English.
