Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Utilize job boards, social media engagement, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent
Create, develop and maintain a talent pipeline program for current and future hiring needs
Collect feedback from candidates to continuously improve recruitment practices to enhance ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and execute employer branding strategies (Aligning with Employee Value Proposition/ EVP) to enhance the organization's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduate also welcome to apply
Having minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment, employer branding, or related roles will be advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for developing innovative recruitment and branding strategies
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize processes
Having experience in employer branding and content creation
