BRAND MANAGER WELLNESS EASTERN EUROPE
Scope of the role
To support the zone Marketing Director in planning and implementing marketing strategies and innovation.
In charge of: 1) co-defining marketing strategies together with zone Marketing Director and zone Country Leads for business perimeter, 2) ensuring strong innovation pipeline design and delivery, 3) monitor markets trend to spot risks, opportunities and track results

- Technical skills: solid analytical skills, educated strategic lens, fluent English, practical with P&L
- Others: availability to travel
Assigned activities
- Support zone Marketing director in defining strategies with clear priorities setting in wellness business
- Lead markets in delivering innovation pipeline, with clear timeline setting and strong activation plans; support zone Marketing Director in designing and implementing proper CMI plot where needed
- Periodically connect with Global Marketing Team to get mutual alignment, feedback and information sharing to deliver plan and share best practices
- Regularly connect with Countries Leads and Distributors marketing teams to share inputs, track projects and markets performance
- Monitor market data and measure business performance against set objectives. Raise challenges when needed and constantly spot risks and opportunities
- Contribute to create a culture based on feedback sharing, growth mindset, team spirit, entrepreneurship, and courage

Internal relations: Country Leads, Performance team, Finance, Global Marketing team, R&D team, Regulatory team
