What You’ll Do
As the Sr. Director, Talent and HR Partnerships, you’ll be at the helm of our Learning & Development and HR business partner functions, steering initiatives that bring out the best in our people. Your focus will span developing and implementing strategic programs that align with our business goals, building a culture of continuous learning, and strengthening HR support across our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development Leadership: Lead company-wide learning and development strategies that drive business impact, including signature programs like our Supervisor Live Learning Series and other organizational development initiatives
- Mentorship & Guidance: Direct and mentor the Director of Leadership Development, ensuring top-notch program delivery and talent growth
- HR Partnerships Across Locations: Manage remote HR leaders to promote a cohesive, compliant, and positive work environment across all locations
- Generalist Support: Provide direct HR support for our Oviedo location, tackling everything from workforce planning and recruitment to employee relations
- Employee Engagement: Champion our culture and engage employees through impactful initiatives, including our Building a Better Duda program
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Manager, HR Administration to align HR processes and talent development efforts for maximum efficiency
What You Bring To The Table
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience: 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior role focused on talent, learning & development, and HR partnerships
- Certifications: SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus
- Proven Leadership: Experience leading HR teams across multiple locations, implementing large-scale talent programs, and driving culture and engagement
- Passion for People: A deep commitment to building a great workplace, with experience fostering positive employee engagement
