The Opportunity
Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager
Who We Look For
We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our People & Culture department, who has a passion for recruitment.
The
Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager will be an on-site position and will partner with the Assistant Director of People and Culture to create future strategic approaches to ensure the current and future talent needs of the resort are met. This position will work closely with the Management team to proactively identify recruitment needs and identify only the best applicants for each position. Additionally, this position will participate in maintaining, developing, and creating future relationships with Colleges, Universities and High Schools to strengthen the talent pipeline for future needs.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Builds appropriate and meaningful relationships with Universities, Colleges, and Technical Schools.
- Organize necessary class visits to expand knowledge of Four Seasons brand
- Update online postings through Workday (HRIS system) and Indeed
- Set up follow up interviews and practical's with Managers to ensure interview process is completed in a timely manner
- Update Managers on recruitment progress by sending out weekly recruitment report
- Follow up with referrals/recommendations
- Review incoming resumes daily
- Screen applicants by phone, via online interview system or in person
- Assists in overseeing the J-1 Program and setting up other visa sponsorship programs.
- Oversee full lifecycle recruiting of top tier candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, crafting and sending offer letters and acceptance.
- Leverage Workday to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities.
- Responsible for recruitment data analysis (turnover stats, time to fill stats, etc.)
- Ensure outstanding candidate experiences throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
- Use internal communication streams to promote Careers and employee movements.
- Responsible for processing Internal Transfer/Promotion application by arranging interviews and update Workday.
- Continue to drive and elevate our recruitment strategy at the Resort.
Compliance Responsibilities
- Work closely with Management team to establish consistent job titles, and categorization within Workday (HRIS system)
- Updated job descriptions to ensure responsibilities are appropriately assigned to each position
- Run and update audits as needed by Affirmative Action and EEOC requirements
- Complete compliance report as required
Miscellaneous Responsibilities
- Will assist in other P&C activities as needed, such as Employee Events, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Experience in a luxury resort is preferred.
- Exceptional computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Friendly/Outgoing and warm personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with department heads.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
