Our client is a fast-growing organization, offering an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and innovative HR professional to join their team as a Junior HRBP (Employer Branding & Recruitment).
Position Overview
As a Junior HRBP specializing in Employer Branding and Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition strategies and enhancing the company’s employer brand. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to develop creative approaches to recruitment in challenging markets and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for key regions, including Singapore, Malaysia, Africa, and PNG. You will collaborate with agencies to manage recruitment processes, conduct salary benchmarking, and improve onboarding programs to enhance the candidate experience. Employer branding is a key focus, and you will lead efforts to strengthen the company’s social media presence and conduct outreach to schools and institutions. Additionally, you will develop and manage employee engagement programs to create a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 2 years of recruitment experience. You are a self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The individual must be adventurous, open to trying new things, and willing to take advantage of frequent opportunities to travel to Africa, Malaysia, and PNG.
