a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition and Employee Branding Senior/Leader to join our team
and contribute to our growth.
The successful candidate would be located in district 2 HCM and directly report to the Senior Human
Resource Manager.
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition and Employee Branding Senior/Leader at Norbreeze Collective Asia will lead
recruitment efforts across retail, commercial, managerial, and C-level positions while driving employee
branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will also oversee policy creation, labor regulations, and
disciplinary actions, contributing to a strong and cohesive company culture.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
● Develop and implement strategic hiring plans for retail, commercial industry and C-level roles.
● Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment
strategies accordingly.
● Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
● Manage and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Employee Branding:
● Design and execute campaigns to promote the company’s employer brand across multiple
platforms, including social media, LinkedIn, and career websites.
● Highlight employee success stories, company culture, and growth opportunities to attract top
talent.
● Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships to
expand employer visibility.
Policy Development:
● Create, update, and maintain company policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and
industry standards.
● Draft and implement an employee handbook, including workplace regulations, employee rights,
and company expectations.
● Monitor and address changes in labor legislation to ensure policies remain current.
Disciplinary Management:
● Develop and oversee disciplinary procedures and ensure they are implemented fairly and
consistently.
● Provide guidance to managers on handling employee issues in compliance with company policies
and legal requirements.
● Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and disciplinary cases.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
● Lead and mentor the recruitment team to ensure alignment with company goals.
● Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to foster a positive workplace environment.
● Support company-wide HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee branding, and HR policy
development.
● Proven success in recruiting for managerial and C-level positions, as well as retail and
commercial roles.
● Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all organizational
levels.
● Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English to engage candidates and
stakeholders.
● Creative and strategic mindset for developing effective employee branding initiatives.
● Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
