Due to business expansion, we seek a dedicated and passionate
Employee Engagement Specialist to develop and implement programs that build positive employee experiences and promote the company’s employer brand to attract, and retain talent.
Job Description
Engagement and Wellness Programs (40%)
- Research and build creative and customized solutions and initiatives for employee engagement programs, such as Team-building, Year-end parties, Social gatherings, and Sharing sessions… that align with the company’s goals and start-up’s culture
- Develop and coordinate wellness programs to support employees’ physical and mental health, including stress management and work-life balance
Internal Communication and Recognition program (20%)
- Develop and promote open and transparent communication channels
- Manage recognition programs to reward outstanding employee or team contributions and boost motivation
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues, promoting a positive work environment
Employer Branding (20%)
- Work closely with HRBP and TA to plan and execute an employer branding program aligned with the company’s mission and values in various channels, including social media, career websites, and job boards
- Build strong relationships with external partners, including universities, and job boards,… to attract fresh graduates in the Game development industry
- Lead events and content for job fairs, Tech workshops…
Learning and Development (10%)
- Collaborate with HR and management team to identify training and development opportunities that enhance employee skills and career growth
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs
Employee Surveys and Feedback (10%)
- Develop and conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and address employee’s concerns, identify areas for improvement, and create action plans to improve workplace culture;
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement
Key Requirements
- Bachelorʼs degree in Marketing, HR, Psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in HR employee engagement and employer branding, with a track record of success, preferably experienced in the tech industry
- Innovative thinking and creativity
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive issues
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proactive and passionate about employee development and engagement
- Native Vietnamese

Work hour
- Our office hour is 9:00 - 18:30, Monday to Friday
