Job Summary
The People Partner role is a strategic, timebound position focused on delivering impactful HR support and leading significant organizational change. This role requires a highly experienced individual currently working as a People Partner or in a comparable position. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, manage change, and align HR practices with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution from day one.
Duties
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance.
- Lead and implement change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Support talent management, including workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Provide hands-on support for HR projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a People Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale organizational change.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and operational HR knowledge, including employee relations, talent management, and change management.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize HR data effectively.

Pay: £26.00 per hour
