Job Summary
The People Partner role is a strategic, timebound position focused on delivering impactful HR support and leading significant organizational change. This role requires a highly experienced individual currently working as a People Partner or in a comparable position. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, manage change, and align HR practices with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution from day one.

Duties

Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance.
Lead and implement change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.
Support talent management, including workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
Provide hands-on support for HR projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Requirements

Significant experience as a People Partner or similar strategic HR role.
Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale organizational change.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Strong strategic and operational HR knowledge, including employee relations, talent management, and change management.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize HR data effectively.

Pay: £26.00 per hour
