As our Director of People & Values, you will be the architect of this culture, championing DEI, ensuring employee alignment with our mission, and fostering a workplace where every team member thrives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDEI Leadership
- Design and execute internal and external DEI initiatives, integrating equity and inclusion into every facet of the organization.
- Act as an external thought leader on DEI, representing Leapcure at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
Culture Ownership
- Own all-company coffee chats, all-hands meetings, and culture-focused initiatives to reinforce Leapcure’s values.
- Build and implement systems to measure employee satisfaction and cultural resonance, including “bottoms-up” scoring mechanisms.
HR Strategy & Operations
- Lead the performance review process, including scheduling, project management, and GWC-aligned feedback facilitation.
- Develop proactive hiring and talent pipeline strategies to support growth, with a focus on efficiency and values alignment.
Organizational Effectiveness
- Collaborate with leadership to improve team alignment and operational feedback loops.
- Implement measurable processes for organizational effectiveness, ensuring Leapcure scales efficiently.
EQuitable Clinical Trials Advocacy
- Lead initiatives that embed empathy and accessibility into internal practices and external messaging, aligning with Leapcure’s mission.
What We’re Looking For- DEI Expertise: Experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in scaling organizations.
- Cultural Leadership: A proven track record of driving cultural engagement and alignment with company values.
- Strategic Vision: Strong HR leadership skills, with the ability to design and implement scalable processes for hiring, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Operational Focus: Comfortable owning key processes like onboarding, offboarding, and all-hands coordination.
- Empathy & Advocacy: A natural champion of values-driven work, particularly in patient-centered industries like clinical research.
- Communication & Facilitation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on inclusivity and trust-building.
