Our client is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for developing and executing their talent acquisition strategy. This role will oversee the recruitment process, manage a team of recruiters, and work closely with senior leadership to align hiring practices with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective and efficient hiring processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and professional organizations, to enhance our talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a people management role.
- Previous experience in multi-site HR management is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
