Monarch Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Director for our client, a leading organization in the healthcare sector. As a key member of the Human Resources Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the HR strategy to support the company's mission and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:Lead the development and implementation of HR plans, policies, and procedures that align with the company's strategic vision and business objectives
Comprehensive HR Oversight:Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, and employee engagement
Workforce Planning:Develop and implement workforce planning and retention strategies to meet the company's human capital needs
Compensation & Benefits:Create and manage total rewards programs that are competitive and cost-effective
HRIS & Data Analytics:Advance the use of HR information systems for efficient operations and data-driven decision-making
Stakeholder Relations:Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in strategic planning committees
Quality Improvement:Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within HR
At least 10 years of full-cycle HR experience
Strong financial and budget management skills
Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Preferred:

Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
Experience with UKG HRIS
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in behavioral health or community mental health settings

Additional Information:

Travel:Occasional travel may be required to various locations, including meetings, conferences, and events
Work Environment:Professional office setting with standard office equipment
