Job Description
This role can be based in Mountain View / Sunnyvale, San Francisco, New York, or Bellevue.

The LinkedIn Search team is dedicated to enhancing the search experience across our consumer products, empowering members to discover whatever they need to achieve their professional objectives—whether it's people, jobs, posts, videos, companies, schools, products, services, events, groups, or courses. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager with extensive expertise in the search domain, particularly in Search AI and Search Infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our AI, Infrastructure and other cross-functional teams to develop a world-class search product and platform, transforming LinkedIn Search into a dynamic, conversational and goal-oriented experience. You will help to scale innovative solutions to serve LinkedIn's global community of over 1 billion members.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a large cross-functional team including product, AI and infrastructure engineers, data scientists, designers, and business development to solve complex member problems.
- Create comprehensive strategies, set guiding principles for prioritization, and maximize impact within product and business constraints.
- Conduct product, experiment, competitor, and ROI analysis.
- Lead cross-org projects, shaping and influencing roadmaps, driving operational plans, and delivering on OKRs.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience
- MS degree in a technology-related field
- Extensive experience building large scale consumer search products, with deep understanding of Search AI and Infra
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading projects with highly cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $180,000 to $290,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
