We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and administrative aspects of dental practice management. This role is crucial for ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, providing exceptional patient care while managing staff and resources effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the dental team, ensuring high standards of patient care and service are maintained.
- Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting to ensure the practice's profitability.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and scheduling.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a positive patient experience.
- Maintain inventory levels for dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for clinical needs.
- Facilitate communication between the dental team and patients to promote a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing a dental or veterinary practice is highly desirable.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of human resources practices, including recruitment and employee relations.
- Basic Knowledge of NHS
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
