In this global role, you will shape and execute talent strategies that empower our people, elevate engagement, and ensure personal and professional growth.
To excel in this role, you'll need a pragmatic approach and the ability to simplify processes for our Scientists and Regulatory Experts. Acting as their trusted career confidant, adviser, and HR expert, you will play a key role in shaping their professional journeys.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
- Proven experience as a trusted strategic partner to leadership
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, DEI, employee relations, and organizational design
- Strong business acumen with a balance of strategic vision and practical execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
