Job Summary:
- Salary up to $3200
- Location: Changi North
- Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Saturday, 8:30am to 12:30pm
- Not necessary to work on Saturday if work is completed
Job Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Source candidates using job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights.
2.Hiring and Onboarding:
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding documentation.
- Design and manage a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of pre-employment checks, such as background verification.
3.HR Coordination:
- Partner with HR team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Support general HR activities, such as employee engagement and policy implementation.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and metrics related to recruitment and hiring.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics to assess hiring strategy effectiveness.
5. Employer Branding:
- Enhance the organization’s employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and on online platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus.
