Adamis US is looking for an articulate and proactive HR professional with 3 years experience to positively impact the recruiting, training and corporate culture of the company. This position is an in-office role in NYC, NY.Duties AND Responsibilities:

Develops and administers company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
Promotes positive employee relations through design, communication, and interpretation of human resources policies and programs.
Coordinates recruiting and retention strategies and succession planning process.
Coordinates training programs, personal and career development, performance appraisal process, compensation systems, diversity and benefit programs.
Regularly partners with hiring managers and other appropriate managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date.
Ensures thorough reference checks are completed on all potential candidates prior to job offer; reviews information prior to making hiring recommendations.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Reviews employee relations issues and recommends appropriate responses to management.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Experience in recruiting and staffing Ability to work with all levels of management
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of HR State laws and regulations nationally.
Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans.
Experience in all HR concentration areas such as
benefits; compensation; workforce planning and employment; employee relations; occupational health, safety and security; strategic management; employee development; and training.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficient on ADP WorkForce Now OR the ability to quickly learn payroll management systems.
Proficient with MAC OS systems, Microsoft Office software, Adobe.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare reports and company-wide business correspondence.
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
