Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our company’s success. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and be a key player in building a high-performing, diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate a culture of continuous growth and hospitality, ensuring that every stakeholder - employees, guests, and partners - feels valued, and empowered, which supports our business objectives and drives sustainable growth.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and onboarding process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics, ensuring process improvements when necessary.
Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Conduct exit interviews and compile employee exit surveys, making recommendations to leaders to improve retention
Strategize and work with the HR and Operations team to develop efficient and effective onboarding processes and experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in HR and/or talent acquisition in the hospitality industry
Proven ability to source passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize tasks effectively.
