Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle recruiting for various roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates
Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process
Create a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights to leadership about talent acquisition effectiveness

Required Qualifications

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for technical and non-technical roles
Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and clearly articulate candidate qualifications and fit
Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple searches
Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

Expected full-time salary range between $100,000 to $120,000 + equity + benefits.
Advertised and actual salary ranges may differ by geographic area, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
