Your main duties in flying with us:

Implement and enhance company-wide employee engagement programs, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives
Plan and execute engagement-related events, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture
Identify engagement gaps through surveys, focus groups, and employee feedback, then propose reliable and data-driven solutions
Gather, analyze, and interpret employee sentiment data, turning insights into actionable recommendations for various People functions
Monitor trends in employee engagement, benchmark best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance workplace experience

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

2-3 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, or related HR functions
Proven project & event management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate engagement trends and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster relationships across teams
Passionate about building a positive workplace culture and employee experience
