Stakeholder Management:

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, providing insights into hiring trends, talent market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Business Leaders, and Finance, to align headcount planning with organizational priorities.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive a seamless and effective recruitment process.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Experience:
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record in managing recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior-level roles and leadership hiring.
Experience in driving strategic talent initiatives and managing high-performing teams.
