Role Overview

As the People Experience Coordinator at Botify, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging environment for our employees. You’ll be part of the People team and work with HR and other internal teams to implement people-centric programs, streamline onboarding, enhance employee engagement, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department and our NYC office. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of building a thriving and inclusive workplace culture. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of People and Culture.

Your responsibilities:

Office Coordination: Manage the NYC office space, ensuring that it is a comfortable, welcoming, and functional environment for all employees. Help organize in-office logistics, supplies, and seating arrangements as needed.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions and concerns related to the NYC office and company events and culture.
Global Collaboration: Work closely on a daily basis with your global counterparts to ensure a unified and cohesive Botify experience in our offices and through our experiences.
- Global Event Coordination: Work closely with Leadership to manage the quarterly Global Team Meetings; Sales Kick Off and annual Presidents Club. Work closely with your global counterparts to ensure coordination is seamless on any global facing event.
Culture & Well-being: Partner with leaders and teams to support employee well-being initiatives and contribute to the company’s overall culture development.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Work closely with the People Team on the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all employees. Manage the onboarding for the new employees in office experience if they are based in the NYC office.
Employee Engagement: Organize and facilitate internal events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs that promote a positive and inclusive culture.
HR Support: Support the People team with administrative tasks, including supporting compliance efforts and other People team facing projects.

Your qualification:

2+ years of experience in a People or HR Coordinator role (preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment).
An outgoing personality that engages and excites people to help foster employee engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to take on new challenges and improve processes.
Knowledge of basic HR practices, employee benefits, and employee relations a plus.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
