Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote - U.S. Based) - Hiring Tour Guides

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent in the tourism industry.

This is a W-2 remote position (not a contract role). Applicants must reside in the United States and be fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities - What You'll Do:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. You will collaborate with department leaders, refine our recruitment strategy, and drive the entire hiring lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top-tier tour guides through job postings, networking, and outreach
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations
Source and screen candidates via resume evaluations, phone screenings, and virtual interviews to ensure the best fit for each role
Leverage social media and job boards to increase brand visibility and connect with qualified candidates
Use recruitment data and analytics to track key hiring metrics, optimize the recruitment process, and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations, staying updated on EEO laws and best hiring practices
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop hiring plans
Additional responsibilities as assigned to support ongoing HR and recruitment initiatives

Qualifications - What You Bring:

The ideal Talent Acquisition Manager will have a strong background in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR. You should be an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR staffing
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and hiring teams professionally
Ability to manage social media engagement (respond to messages, occasional posting)
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to recruiting challenges
