🤝 Your Responsibilities

Culture & Community Building

Design and implement engaging onboarding experiences for new team members
Orchestrate company-wide team-building events and sustainability initiatives
Create compelling internal content, including newsletters and newsfeeds

Global Communications Leadership

Spearhead the launch of our new internal communications platform (Q3 2025)
Coordinate with international offices to ensure consistent communication
Manage and mentor the Internal Communication Assistant

Event Operations

Lead operational onboarding for major sports events
Organize and facilitate staff meetings and corporate gatherings
Create engaging multimedia content for internal platforms
