Your day-to-day:

● Act as a strategic partner and advisor to each client, designing the end-to-end recruitment strategies and processes to meet their specific talent goals.

● Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers and build business partnerships by being embedded in their culture professionally.

● Provide strategic advice to hiring managers and sourcing teams at each stage of the hiring journey to design optimal sourcing strategy and selection processes based on role requirements, pay range, and agreed timeframes.

● Deliver market intelligence and insight to the hiring community, including salary benchmarking, supply and demand, assessment approaches to support decision making.

● Find, and engage the world's best talent for our clients for a wide range of senior-level positions across our core industries (Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, FinTech, and Technology/Autonomous).

● Manage active requisitions at various phases of the hiring cycle at any given time.

● Develop and manage the talent pipeline or talent pool strategy for the client.

● Conduct candidate interviews in-person, or virtual.

● Effectively onboard new requisitions and probe for details of the job description, skills required, best personal values fit.

● Effectively sell opportunity for clients to bring additional partner and/or extend original length of contract.

● Create and maintain networking relationships with prospective candidates in transition.

● Coach and develop internal Talent Partner and Sourcers supporting requisitions.

● Demonstrate daily the following traits: resilience, drive & motivation, result driven, influence, and desire to learn.

What it takes to do this job:

● 5 + years of recruiting experience, working in a recruiting and account management capacity. The candidate will also demonstrate great networking skills and the ability to enable high-quality recruiting partnerships.

● Proven and successful experience managing Director / C Level clients from onboarding to winning them over and building strong partnerships.

● Track record of establishing strong relationships and acting as a coach and talent advisor.

● A passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members aiding them in the development of their skills.

● Great computer skills and demonstrate high proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

● Demonstrate basic knowledge of technological and social platforms and tools. You understand recruiting metrics and an ability to back up the business’s recruiting goals and projections with existing data.
