Mortgage/ Real Estate industry experience a plus, but not required for the right fit. A great attitude with a passion for people, and a heart to serve is 75% of the position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Serve as a Head Hunter of revenue-generating talent.
Target pre-qualified prospects who are t'd up for you. Our Ops Division sets you up for success so you can stay in your Zone of Genius of conversation all day long.
Make outbound & field inbound Call & Text communications.
Build rapport, confirm basic qualifications, and set phone appointments with/ qualified candidates.
Log notes & conversions w/ speed & efficiency through the support of our user-friendly, metrics-driven CRM w/ built-in call/text functionality.
Develop a Relationship Portfolio of warm candidates for long-term nurture & conversion.
Confirm/ reschedule Appts as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS
