Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a regional HR strategy that supports business growth across Asia.
Ensure HR functions align with the company's long-term goals.
Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
Develop and implement standardized HR practices across the region.
Establish and track key HR performance indicators.
Implement performance management systems to drive productivity and engagement.
Develop and lead employee engagement and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with employment laws across Asia.
Manage regulatory and operational risks.
Design and implement a succession planning framework.
Develop and mentor high-potential employees.
Provide strategic HR advice to senior leadership.
Foster a cohesive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 8 years of strategic HR experience in Asia, with expertise in operations, performance management, and workforce planning.
Proven ability to implement HR frameworks and manage KPIs in fast-growing businesses.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Asian markets.
