HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support various HR functions and ensure efficient operations. This role involves a mix of administrative and strategic responsibilities, including staffing, employee development, compensation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to guide business operations.
Administer benefits, compensation programs, and employee performance systems.
Ensure compliance with state and federal HR regulations.
Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and retention programs.
Handle employee grievances, performance issues, and health-related concerns.
Assist with payroll, maintaining employee records, and conducting exit interviews.
Support HR systems, including data management, reporting, and audits.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations roles, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR regulations, compliance, and federal employment laws.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (HR certifications a plus).
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and a resourceful mindset.
Occasional travel may be required.
