The People Operations Director will lead the company's HR strategy and people operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability. People Operations & Compliance

Implement and optimize HR technology (HRIS, ATS, analytics) to automate workflows and ensure compliance and equitable hiring.

Change Management & Workforce Strategy

Lead organizational change efforts and workforce planning to support business agility and growth.

Employee Experience & Engagement

Use employee feedback tools and data insights to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and promote a collaborative workplace culture.
Executive Compensation & Total Rewards
Develop competitive total rewards strategies, leveraging market data to ensure pay equity and retention.
HR Data & Analytics for Business Decisions
Utilize predictive AI models to analyze workforce trends, forecast talent needs, and drive strategic HR decision-making.
Vendor & Budget Management
Manage HR service providers and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI.
Leadership Advisor
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and department leaders, providing coaching on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and succession planning.
HR Technology & AI Driven Tools
Oversee the implementation, optimization, and integration of HR technology tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), HR analytics platforms, and AI-driven tools for talent acquisition, performance management, and predictive workforce planning.

Requirements

Strategic HR Leadership - 10+ years of progressive People Operations/HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a high-growth or scaling organization.
HR Technology & AI-Driven Tools - Experience implementing and managing HRIS, ATS, HR analytics platforms, and AI-driven HR tools to enhance talent management and workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition & Performance Management - Proven ability to design and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and data-driven performance management systems.
Employee Engagement - Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies and workplace culture initiatives that drive engagement.
Change Management & Organizational Agility - Track record of leading organizational change, workforce restructuring, and business transformation efforts in dynamic environments.
Compensation & Total Rewards Strategy - Experience developing competitive compensation structures, executive pay models, and total rewards programs aligned with market benchmarks.
HR Data & Workforce Analytics - Strong background in using workforce analytics to drive decision-making, measure engagement, and forecast talent needs.
Legal Compliance & Risk Management - Expertise in employment law, labor regulations, and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring organizational adherence.
Executive Coaching & Leadership Advisement - Experience partnering with C-suite leaders and department heads to provide strategic HR guidance, team development, and succession planning.
Vendor & Budget Management - Ability to manage HR service providers, negotiate contracts, and oversee HR budgets to maximize cost efficiency and ROI.
