Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Retention
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Design employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive workplace.

Performance Management:

Oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and effective evaluation.
Support managers in identifying and addressing team development needs.

HR Operations:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records efficiently.

Learning & Development:

Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills.
Promote career growth opportunities within the organization.

Workplace Culture & Employee Relations:

Build a culture of trust, inclusivity, and collaboration.
Address grievances and resolve conflicts with professionalism.

Qualifications and Experience:

MBA or equivalent degree in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
