Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of recruiting experience who have excellent written and communication skills. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for positions involving cutting-edge Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce technologies. Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers and leads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles for Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce roles.
Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to find potential candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and assess technical skills and experience.
Assist in headhunting for key roles.
Shortlist and present top candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on trends and technologies within the Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce ecosystems.
Suggest improvements to the recruiting process based on data and feedback.
Assist in recruiting for non-technical and operations roles as needed.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably within the IT industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Basic knowledge of Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce technologies.
A passion for technology and the ability to stay current with industry trends.
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
