About the role:

Our People & Talent team plays a critical role in fostering an engaging employee experience, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join us as a People & Talent Executive.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

Assist with posting job adverts, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
Help maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
Coordinate onboarding processes, including preparing contracts and setting up new hire inductions

HR Administration

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies
Support with preparing HR documentation, including offer letters, reference checks, and policy updates
Respond to general employee queries related to HR policies and procedures

Payroll & Benefits

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing
Assist with managing employee benefits, including enrollments and queries
Support the administration of leave, absences, and timesheets

Projects & Initiatives

Be involved in exciting People & Talent projects, from improving processes to supporting wellbeing and engagement initiatives

Requirements

A basic knowledge of Employment Law
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

(Previous experience in HR or recruitment isn't essential for this role)
