Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Partner with the senior leadership team to design and implement people strategies that align with business goals and foster long-term growth
Culture Champion: Nurture a strong, values-driven culture by embedding teamwork, trust, and excellence into every aspect of the employee experience
Talent Development: Build and lead scalable processes for recruitment, onboarding, and employee growth, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
Organizational Design: Develop agile organizational structures, processes and policies that support our mission, vision, and our international expansion
HR Operations Excellence: Oversee and refine core HR operations, ensuring compliance and implementing systems that scale with our growth

Requirements

A visionary leader with 8+ years of HR or people management experience in dynamic, high-growth environments (ideally in tech or SaaS)
Passionate about fostering company culture and driving positive employee experiences
Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experienced in change management, organizational design, and developing scalable people strategies
Empathetic and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in German and English is essential; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
In-depth knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices
