Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the senior leadership team to design and implement people strategies that align with business goals and foster long-term growth
- Culture Champion: Nurture a strong, values-driven culture by embedding teamwork, trust, and excellence into every aspect of the employee experience
- Talent Development: Build and lead scalable processes for recruitment, onboarding, and employee growth, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
- Organizational Design: Develop agile organizational structures, processes and policies that support our mission, vision, and our international expansion
- HR Operations Excellence: Oversee and refine core HR operations, ensuring compliance and implementing systems that scale with our growth
- Employee Well-being: Promote a healthy, engaging, and inclusive workplace by advocating for well-being, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements
- A visionary leader with 8+ years of HR or people management experience in dynamic, high-growth environments (ideally in tech or SaaS)
- Passionate about fostering company culture and driving positive employee experiences
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experienced in change management, organizational design, and developing scalable people strategies
- Empathetic and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English is essential; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices
