We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives, drive organizational development, and optimize talent management across the organization.

Position Overview:

The Director of Human Resources will serve as a senior-level leader responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a highly experienced HR professional with a strong ability to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with industry best practices and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of HR strategies to support the company's overall business objectives and growth initiatives
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to ensure a high-caliber workforce that drives company performance
Manage employee relations, addressing complex issues and ensuring a positive work environment that fosters high employee engagement and retention
Provide strategic direction in compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market and alignment with organizational goals
Design and implement effective learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career development
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, including maintaining HR policies and practices
Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Advise senior leadership on organizational structure, change management, and workforce planning
Cultivate a high-performance culture through leadership development, performance management, and recognition programs

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, legal requirements, and trends in workforce management
Proven experience in managing large-scale organizational change, talent acquisition, and employee engagement programs
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, including senior executives
Expertise in employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and labor laws
Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and solve complex problems
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
