Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and guest services, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service during their stay. This role requires effective leadership skills, the ability to manage staff, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality.

Duties

Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide outstanding guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Lead, train, and mentor team members to enhance their performance and foster a positive work environment.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the establishment.
Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of operational activities and report any issues to senior management.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the premises.
Assist in the recruitment process and contribute to human resources functions as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a hospitality or hotel environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: £11.44-£15.00 per hour
