The Junior HR Manager will support the daily operations of the Human Resources department, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance. Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Act as a point of contact for staff, providing guidance on HR policies and best practices.
Support conflict resolution and address employee concerns with professionalism.
Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Sustains Human Resources initiatives at the properties.
Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions for staff development.
Identify training needs and support career development programs.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Support the performance review process, providing guidance on goal-setting and feedback.
Monitor and track employee progress and development plans.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Good communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
